Brain Breaks

Are you on meeting overload? Do you feel like your students aren’t able to pay attention during this time. We need to keep making sure we are taking care of our mental health and wellness. How are you engaging your brain during this time. When I was a second grade teacher we would do “Brain Breaks” all throughout the day. It was an incentive to pay attention and help with new content that was coming there way. I had a stack full of activities that they were able to do for the brain breaks. Above are a few that you can use to help engage your brain. Cross over your mid-section and make sure you are drinking water! We need you! Take care of yourself.
