Rest… This is not a topic that most people would think I would write on. I am a person who always is on the go and loves jumping to the next project. As I study more around mental health and wellness I see the importance for rest! Rest is so much about recovery. Recovering when we are exhausted, drained and maybe just need to take a deep breath for a moment. It is knowing our limits and saying no to the demands of lives. So today incorporate stillness. A breath of fresh air can lift your spirits and help calm the nerves inside. Take time today to REST. Breath. Take time for you.
